Hardly.  (And, in case you're wondering what all that stuff up there means it's Leetspeak for "elite hacker master").  No... I'm far from being a master of Linux. In recent years, Linux has gotten easier to install, run, and maintain.  Just when I think I've got it figured out, though, I know I'd better start looking because something is about to bite me in the @$$.  Yeah, I'm a certified A+ Technician, and I've been working on hardware for over twenty years... but Linux is something still fairly new in my experience, and I'm afraid that I'm not much beyond BASIC when it comes to coding, and  that's something most true hackers look on as a mark of shame.  (Well, I do know FORTRAN and Forth, but the former is a dead language and the latter is a dead religion...).  Maybe when I learn C I'll feel a bit more 133t - don't worry, I'm workin' on it!

(Note to all the FORTRAN programmers out there actually working on a Beowulf cluster:  Yeah, I know FORTRAN is still used for a lot of clustering software coding, I've just n
ever gotten into it that much since I left college.  Maybe I should?)
