I don't get a daily newspaper, so I don't have that to rely on. I may not watch tv for several days. Which may not help since programs are moved around so much. And as I've indicated several times before my "circadian rhythms" have varied from one day to the next for years. Also I'm sure some of the medication conjures up some ancient Anasazi temporal trickster diety. I really did not know anything was amiss until I turned on the telly looking for "Painkiller Jane" on SciFi. Instead it was a movie that I recognized as one of SciFi's self-produced Saturday night horror movies. In this case I caught the last ten minutes of "Final Destination 2". In fact the photo above left is from the movie. At least I got to see a few minutes of Michael Landes whose swarthy good-looks I love. (Formerly Jimmy Olsen of the first season of "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman", and then "Special Unit 2" which was part serious and part tongue-in-cheek. But it only lasted two seasons. I guess there is a limit to the number of monster-killing programs you can have on at any one time. This has been one of the staples of tv from its earliest days. So is there any demon that has not popped up at least once. Beside after Doctor Who's Abzorbaloff from Klom, the twin planet of Raxacoricofallapatorius, what else can there be. (See contours provocations journal - 2006-1209 - sat 2215.) Interesting and puzzling piece of trivia at "Lois and Clark" about Michael. "Michael Landes was replaced as Jimmy Olsen after the first season because the producers felt he looked too much like Clark Kent's little brother instead of just the photographer for the Daily Planet."
