Gastrointestinal bug

I've had the worst headache the last couple of days, which I put down to sinus.I also had it last week for several days and also put it down to sinus. I made ample use of my headache medication, Levacet. But at some subconscious level, I didn't think they were working as they normally should.

But then after lunch today, I noticed I began to feel nauseous. I tired to take a nap but that didn't help. I administered a purge and up came half of lunch. I think it may have had something to do with the crabmeat salad or the scalloped apples.

At least now the headache is a little better. I've taken two Clonazepam and two Alprazolam in hopes it will relax my gastrointestinal system.

Without going into the gruesome details, I was still nauseous, so I had to resort to five of six additional purges. The need to regurgitate is something I've not experienced in many years, so I'm puzzled by it.

This has to be something that originated last week. But I can't think of anything out of the ordinary. This leaves but one possibility: Golden Corral. I think they've begun to recycle any and all dishes. The skinless chicken breast starts off fresh, but then is used several more times. Then it's wrapped in bacon and, you have a new dish. The real masters of this are the Chinese buffets, in which they manage to use everything but the squawk.

At last, my system has calmed down some, but I still feel out-of-sorts. I'm hoping I'll be able to sleep a little.
