contours provocations
journal - 2004-0317 - 2000 XL; No Park Walk; First Million Erin go Braugh! At the beginning of the month, I received a prescription for Wellbutrin XL which has a one-a-day dosage as opposed to the twice-daily dosage of the regular. I've noticed several times that I've forgotten the second pill; a bottle that should last 30 days, frequently would cover 40. However, since I still had about half-a-bottle of pills, I continued using the older version. Yesterday, I took the last pill, then dropped off the new prescription at Walgreens. I picked up the order at noon and swallowed the first one 30 minutes ago. It is entirely possible that antidepressants have had the single biggest impact on my life of anything. I spent far too many years bound by what I thought was "an artistic temperament." I didn't get a chance to go to the park this evening. For the past few days, the inside of my fridge has become more and more barren. This morning when I opened the door and moths flew out, I knew it was time to go to Walmart. It took longer to shop than I'd anticipated. When I left the store, it was after 6. And by the time I got home, unpacked, fed the cats, etc., it was almost 7. Hence no park walk today. Two more books have sold at Amazon. One was mailed off MOnday and the other today. I feel like I'm on the way to my first million. PAX! journal | archives | home | e-mail |
