Yucky! "Just a little nibble."

Well, now. Just as I thought I was getting over the intestinal bug, it decided to return in full force. I can see now that I didn't follow a bland diet as I should have.

I feel totally washed out - downright yucky! In thinking about it, this is fairly consistent with similar cases I've had before.

For the last few days, I've been having soup, crackers and 7Up. But my system craves chocolate-covered cherries and thick pancakes with lots of maple syrup. Or maybe an oyster po-boy with plenty of tartar sauce.

There are some cookies in my 'fridge that are calling to me. "Don't you want to take a bite. We're so good and yummy. Come on, just a little nibble."
