A knock at the door?; Splash and splatter; Cream-Peaver; BMB

Last night around 11 or so, I was reading in bed and heard a knock on the door. Or at least I thought I heard a knock on the door. Unless I know someone is coming to visit, I do not answer the door. In this case I knew there were no appointments.

I snuck out of bed and attempted to creep into the living room. The cats in their usual fashion wanted to come along. I did notice they stayed behind me. But I didn't see a car in the drive.

After a moment or two I realized that the motion detector lights were not on. (When the sensor beams are broken, the lights come on, and a chime sounds inside.) Nor had I heard a chime. However, there 1s one arc that is not covered by the motion detectors, so I peeked out the spy hole, but didn't see anyone or anything.

But what did I hear? I have no idea. Goblins! Poltergeist! Angels?

Early this morning, it began to rain. My mother had told me a storm was coming through at around 3. So I expected thunder and lightning, but there was none. Only the splash and splatter of rain.

At 5 or so, I got up and fed the felines, then went back to sleep, and finally woke up at 7:30. I knew I could not make it to work by 8, so I didn't even try. I could see myself running into a cement truck as I raced along.

The rain tapered off, and by noon, it was only sprinkling. And by mid -afternoon, the sun was out. But not for long, soon it became overcast and leaden.

Since mid-August, I've been using what is supposed to be the top-of-the-line website creation software. What you see is what you get! Haa Haa Haa! Oh, that's a good one! Haa Haa Haa!

It much more along the lines of what you see is roughly what you might get if you're incredibly luck on a really good day. But don't depend on it.

You can drop and drag, but when you look at the code, you may have difficulty figuring out what happened. What ever I create is always within a divisonal template. And that in turn is within a master template. I guess I could "fuse" the divisonal template with the created page. No that wouldn't work, because I'd have to change each page instead of the template.

I've discovered that if I want exact placement, the simplest thing is to cut and paste within the code view. But you have to be certain the paste is at the right point.

This afternoon, I erased a major file. But I don't remember selecting the file, nor do I remember hitting delete. And I certainly did not see a confirmation statement. All I saw was a "Did I Want to Update?" message.

I tried to figure out to undelete the file, but I gave up. And had to re-create it. Which is a royal pain. But after looking at the new page, I recognized it as far superior to the old.

There ought to be something gay-related here. At least, I did read the December issue of "Out" after din din. There's a new model for Calvin Klein's undies who is most intriguing.

And it was nice to read a little about James and Wes from "Boy Meets Boy." I loved the ending of BMB. Wes grabs James by the hand and says, "Come on, let's go!" James responds, "Where?" Wes replies, "I don't know." What magical words to start a relationship. Although James indicated they're great friends but not living together. But, they have yet to take their cruise together. So I wish for the best for both of them.

PAX!
