journal - 2001-0516 - wed 2100 Finales, Bel Ami Does anyone else think they're overdoing the ads for "Knight's Tale"? I'm sure I've seen dozens. While on the subject of overdoing things. One more season finale involving a wedding, pregnancy or graduation, and I'll toss my cookies on Aaron Spelling. Speaking of finales, there was an article in the paper the other day about said subject, and the writer pondered what was the first series with a final episode - for the series. (A final episode in the sense of one with a plot that deals with the ending.) Good question. Mention was made of "The Fugitive" as a possibility. According to Brooks and Marsh's "The Complete Directory To Prime Time Network and Cable TV Shows" the final episode of "The Fugitive" was August 29, 1967. Last night I found myself meandering around at Bel Ami On Line. Interesting to discover that the models have to be between 18 - 23. And the don't want someone who is 25 and looks younger. Read several interviews with the models, most of whom seem to be from eastern Europe and speak little English. So even though Lukas Ridgeston looks like the quintessential American boy next door, he's most definitely not. Also the videos are not available in Europe. That's it. PAX!
