contours provocations

I've actually gotten around to browsing through the non-journal parts of the site. My proofreading skills are sorely lacking; I've noticed an assortment of things that need correcting. I've no desire to change what has been done just to make sure it reads properly. For some time, I've been intending to an add a piece to the rain speak from James Baldwin's "Another Country." And at last, it is done. "Another Country" was one of the first homoerotic novels I discovered. I don't remember when I read it, but I do remember being overwhelmed by it. Even after many years, I still find it very potent on many levels. The rain quote follows a dream-like sex scene that is highly erotic and haunting. I was reminded of the quote the other evening as I read Terrapindream. His world is that of Ginsberg's "Howl." (Update - 01/08: Site no longer active) PAX!
