Thanksgiving has come and gone. I'd asked my mother what she wanted to do; at first, she said she wanted to go out; then, she said she wanted to cook. So cook it was. Around 10:30, I cautiously started the car and headed down the rain-slick streets to Rankin County. (It started raining yesterday around 6 am.) Amazingly enough, there was almost no traffic. Made it without incident or accident. Your typical turkey lunch. She gave me three plates of food to put in the freezer. On the way back, I wanted to stop at the Saturn place and glance at used cars. But the gate leading into the place was locked. So I came home, took a nap, read the paper and worked on the computer.
WOW! Thanks to Brian of Strange Music for listing my site among the journals he read. Please note guys, he said "my biggest fan" in reference to me. Note the use of the adjective "biggest." In more ways that one, kid! (As of 02/07 update, link is no longer in service.) Thanks to Richard of This Life for sending me a photo of a substantial box. Please see Wednesday's night entry for comments on the tantalizing question, "Why is it inappropriate for a guy to show a box?" The graphic Richard sent is definitely king size. (As of 02/07 update, link is no longer in service.) And thanks to that mysterious Parisian Lohengryn for solving my problems with the Gay Diary Ring. I diligently followed the directions but nothing happened. (Alas, he too has vanished.)
I was watching bits and pieces of the Ricky Martin special earlier. First Ricky had on black cloth pants, then gray leather. Tight but not revealing anything. Unfortunately, there were several giggly female cheerleader types who jumped around in the background. Ricky is a beautiful guy, no doubt. However, he is almost too wholesome. He needs to prance on stage like Prince. Well, this will have to do.
PAX!
