The Praying Hill
There is a place I like to go
When I want to be alone
It's a place that's very peaceful
and there is no telephone
This place is at my Grandma's
And she likes to go there too
She says it makes her feel better
When she's feeling sad and blue
It's a place with lots of memories
Of which I am very fond
It's just a quiet hillside
That overlooks a pond
And on this hill I feel very free
To talk to God or just be me.
