First, do you believe that the Bible is God's Word?

If so, great, it has a lot to say.

If not, you might be interested to see what it says on the

subject . At least Some of what it says.

A common idea...

1. I can do enough good deeds to outweigh
the bad deeds and get in.

Consider this verse:

Isaiah 64:6

But we are all as an unclean thing,
and all our righteousnesses are

as filthy rags; and we all do
fade as a leaf, and our iniquities, like

the wind, have taken us away.

or this:

Titus 3:5

Not by works of righteousness that we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, by the washing of regeneration and the renewal of the Holy Spirit.

2. If I can't get there by my own good works, how can I get there?

John 3:16

For God so loved the World, that He gave
His Only Begotten Son

that whosoever believeth in
Him should not perish, but have everlasting Life.

John 10: 9

Jesus said:

I am the Door; by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved,

and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

John 10:10

The thief (Satan) cometh not but to steal, and to kill, and

to destroy; I am come that they might have life, and

that more abundantly.

So what do you do in order to receive this Life and life more abundantly?

John 6:29

This is the work of God, that ye believe
on Him whom He sent.

The Bible makes it clear that we
have all fallen short of perfection.

We must agree with God that
we have sinned and ask for forgiveness.

Romans 3:23

For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

Then we simply accept the Gift,
that is not cheap,

but it is free and accept that
Christ took our sins and gives us, by Grace

through faith, His Righteousness.

Ephesians 2: 8-9

For by Grace are you saved, through faith,
and that (faith) not of

yourselves, it is the Gift of God

Not of works, lest any man should boast.

You Will Have The Passport Through
The Gates Of Heaven.

The passport is Jesus Christ.

When you have invited Him into
your life and heart,

believe that He is able to work
His righteousness through you.

Philippians 2:13

For it is God who worketh in you to
will and to do His good pleasure.

It is really that simple, but in
simple things are the most

profound truths of life.
This being the ultimate.

Repent (change your mind)

Confess

Accept

Believe

Receive

May God Bless you on your

Find others who have received Jesus Christ by faith alone

and Seek

Ask

Learn of Him

Through simple prayer, and reading
His love letter to you

The Holy Bible.

Learn to hear His voice
and confirm it with the Word.
