Ecumenism: What It IS Exactly
FAITH is a Grace from God. The True Faith is the only one that can be revealed by God, from God. Because of their passions and sins, because of deceptions by demons, false religions come into being. St. John says , Many antichrists are come into the world, and even now there are many."(I John 2:18 ) THE Antichrist who will unite all religions and all governments in himself will appear at the end of this world. The move toward world government and unity among all religions which we see now is a certain indication that the Reign of The Antichrist is nearing. The principal earthly agent of Church Unity is the Masonic Lodge, whose Faith is Ecumenism.
Ecumenism is a word so widely used that its very meaning has become obscure , like "nice" so that it is used all the more . It goes with scholarly, well educated, Ivy League Graduate, and open minded.
Ecumenism, precisely, is the theory that there is No True Faith, and one is as good or bad, as another. This supposes that God has left mankind totally in the dark about what he should believe, and that religions are constructed by men, not God (or demons). Faith is whatever one chooses to believe, not a Grace from God, which men either accept or reject.
This is not at all the teaching of Sacred Scripture, nor the Fathers of the Church, nor the Saints nor Prophets. There is no patron saint of Ecumenism, because no saint ever believed (or disbelieved ) in this way.
Roman Catholicism officially believed and taught that there was only One True Holy Universal and Apostolic Church, and that Rome was is it, 40 years ago, and every priest had to take an oath against Modernism before ordination. Sad to say, the Roman Church has officially abandoned this teaching, changed its catechisms and ancient creeds, (such as the Athanasian, and the Nicean), and Pope Paul VI allowed Freemasons to receive Communion. (This is the same Pope who made an agreement with the KGB that the Vatican would keep silent about Religious Persecution by the Communist in return for officially receiving Communion from the Moscow Patriarchate, while millions died in the worst persecution ever. Orthodox can never forget this, because this reveals the true Vatican spirit.) Roman Catholics no longer believe in Roman Catholicism, but instead of drawing nearer to Orthodoxy, Roman Catholicism has drifted farther away into the very Ecumenism and Modernism it condemned just a few decades ago.
One can believe in a false religion, such as Roman Catholicism, Judaism or Islam and still believe that it is the One True Faith, but to believe that Faith is NOT from God, and that God has left mankind without Truth is blasphemous. 3,000 years ago , Jews were God’s chosen people. Now Orthodox Christians are God’s Chosen People and the Jews are God’s Cursed People ("His blood be upon us, and upon our children"). The so called State of " Israel" is the Kingdom of Antichrist, as pious Jews like the Lubovitzers know and teach. It will destroy the Moslem shrine built on the Temple Mount and build the Temple for the Antichrist. Many Christians are already willing to accept this, and the number will increase, until everyone, almost, will joyfully accept the Antichrist. Ecumenism, which cares nothing for Truth, only Unity, is the means for this. Tragic and frightening to say, churches have become the last places to look for Truth. The Pope kisses the Koran and proclaims it inspired . The Greek Patriarch of Alexandria proclaims Mohammed is a prophet , and Buddha too! Various supposedly Orthodox Patriarchs give "Communion" to Papists and Anglicans (who believe nothing at all!), and to tell the truth most clergymen of any and every denomination, even nominally "Orthodox Christians" . . . do not believe anything at all. The Truth is, that the Masonic Lodge today controls every "mainstream" denomination and religion, except Islam. That includes the Vatican, Protestantism, and Judaism. Good people join the Lodge , not realizing what is implied. Joining the Lodge means that one denies the Gospel ! That the Gospel is NOT TRUE, and that one religion is as good as the other. This not my "interpretation"; This is the official teaching of the Lodge. This is exactly what the Antichrist will teach, (and what every founder of a new denomination ever taught--- that their denomination was just as good or better that the One True Church founded by Christ!)
