How is it possible that the Antichrist will deceive everyone but the elect on the last days? How can any good Christian, or even Moslem be confused into

believing that the Antichrist, is Jesus Christ, and do so with such success that practically the entire world, all mankind (except an all but invisible tiny fraction) will accept him as their personal Saviour , whole-heartedly and with great gladness?

The Antichrist (who will be called Jesus) will give everybody what they want! Very simple! He will solve all problems, heal every disease, turn suffering into joy…..(just writing about it makes one eager for his coming, doesn’t it? ) He will be all things to all men, and women too. Everyone will naturally accept him….except those who have chosen the strait and narrow way of denying themselves daily, and carrying their Cross. Only…..only ascetics, who have renounced everything, especially their own will, will shun him, because his way is NOT the Way of the Cross. The only escape from the Antichrist is asceticism, and you, whoever you are had better remember this, and start to practice asceticism, self-denial NOW, because the advent of the Antichrist is momentary, as soon as we have gone through a brief period of sufferings which will prepare everyone to be delivered from sufferings by the Antichrist.

Only the few true Christians who have learned to love sufferings, and self denial, especially the denial of their own will, only these will not escape when Jesus Antichrist offers them the fulfillment of all their dreams. Will I? Will you?

At the present moment, there has appeared a Forerunner of the Antichrist, in the False Church. St. John says that there shall be many antichrists, and every founder of a false church is an antichrist, but now we are moving into Major Deception. Until a few decades ago, an Orthodox Church, was an Orthodox Church, and clearly separate from Papist or Protestant. This is no longer so. Some, most churches that call themselves "Orthodox " are not at all the same as what was Orthodox a century ago. And leading all these false churches which we may call Global Orthodoxy, is the Moscow Patriarchate, the largest and richest of all. Its leadership is made up entirely of career, lifetime KGB agents, like Alex Ridiger, who was a Communist Komsomol member, before he was channeled by the KGB into the seminary, and rose to prominence by so faithfully and successfully fulfilling each and every task he was given in the last 60 years. We must shudder to think of the horrors , tortures and deaths for which he is responsible, the blasphemy , the sacrileges, and multiply this by all the top hierarchs, (at least 30, almost certainly many more according to an official report made to the Russian Duma, base on brief access to KGB files).

Lies and Deceit are the stock in trade of the State Church. The Russian Orthodox Church Abroad has fought for 80 years to present the truth to a world, and to Orthodox Churches, which generally did not want the truth. Especially notorious and despicable was the action of the Roman Catholic Church, when Pope Paul VI made an agreement with the Moscow Patriarchate to be silent about the world’s greatest persecution of religion, in return for receiving Holy Communion from the Moscow Patriarchate. How Godless can one get….? "Give me the Body of Christ, and I will not say that you are destroying Him."

Just lately the Bishops of the Russia Church Abroad have admitted openly what they have been doing in secret for some years past, seeking reunion with Moscow, and like Judas, betraying the True Russian Church, which has spent 80 years in the catacombs, separated from always from the KGB hierarchy. They were doing this in defiance of the Primates of the Church, and unknown to the Faithful. When Metropolitan Vitaly walked out of the Synod and fled to Canada, the Synod of Bishops (then in session) immediately pretended to repent of all that they had done, and had a public statement printed in unprecedented speed. The truth, however is that this has been their intent and direction for years. Had Metropolitan Philaret known what they would do, he never would have consecrated any one of them, nor would Metropolitan Vitaly, whom they deceived and then abused in old age. "The Children of this world are wiser by far, than the children of light.( Luke 16:8) " Lies . Lies . Lies .

"But", they say, "See how the Churches are gloriously rebuilt, and holy books and icons are available to all, and the monasteries are all filling up with monks and nuns! How can this be bad?"

(And so we do not suppose that the present betrayal is limited to Russia alone let us look at the Holy Mountain, which has filled up with young monks, who for some strange reason, cannot live in the same communities as with the Old Athonite Fathers. Every ruling monastery (except Esphigmenou which has nothing at all to do with the rest) has been "renewed" by a community of New Calendar monks,of another existing monastery, from the State Church, who took over the ancient buildings from the few remaining ancients, and in return for maintaining the ancient buildings agreed to follow the Old Calendar. )

"The Last Temptation is the greatest treason. To do the right deed, for the wrong reason."

And so it happens that the georgeous pageantry goes on. The candles are lit. The incense is sweet. How can this be bad? One has only to look at that neglected book, the Bible. Christ and the Prophets had nothing but condemnation of those priests whose heart was not right with God. "Your incense in an abomination to me! "Saith the Lord. (Is.1:13)" For they do what they do, not for God, but for their own selves.

How can we tell which is which and whose motives are right? There is a way, for all of us. When the Antichrist comes, (and he has long since laid the foundations ) he will give unto each one his heart’s desire. But The True Christ…, he demands that each one of us sacrifice his hearts desire, that thing which to each of us is most dear, because "The Lord your God is a jealous God!" (Exodos20:5) God will never be second. He always demands the First-fruits, and will never accept left-overs. Only those who have sacrificed everything for God alone, and have Him enthroned First in their hearts, loving Him with their whole hearts, and their whole souls, and their whole being….chosing Him in every action, His Will, not self-will. These are the servants of God….not the State…nor the Antichrist.

There have always been tares among the wheat, and goats among the sheep. But until recently the Orthodox Church was the Orthodox Church. There have been times of great distress before. There have been many, many heretical patriarchs, and greats schisms, times when it seemed that almost no one remained faithful. However, today is a concurrence of evils which no one has ever seen before. Also, what is happening is exactly what many holy prophets have predicted , especially St. Neilos of Athos, St. Seraphim of Sarov, and St. Lavrenti of Chernigov. The last of these who reposed in 1950 said that some of those who heard him speaking would live to see the Antichrist. In the time of Stalin, he predicted the re-opening and reconstruction of all the churches , "But" he said, "DO NOT GO IN! BECAUSE THE GRACE OF GOD WILL NOT BE IN THEM!" So far his prophecies have been 100% true.

Last of all, we hear again and again a very un-Orthodox statement that we must obey our bishops! In the History of the Orthodox Church, it has always been the bishops who betrayed the Church. Who else? The very bishops who today are demanding our submission……have they not betrayed the Metropolitans who made them bishops, and done everything in secret behind the backs and against the decisions of the Metropolitans and the Synods, and most clearly of all….ARE THEY NOT LIARS….who have been saying one thing to the faithful, and doing the very opposite behind everybody’s back. Personally, this is how I know which side is right. I, as a priest, having served here and in Jerusalem as part of the Russian Mission , and on the Holy Mountain, and been in intimate contact with the Synod since 1960, I know what the Synod stood for then, and what Metropolitan Anastassy stood for then. Metropolitan Anastassy, "the Most Wise" who was consecrated a bishop in the Kremlin, who knew St. John of Kronstadt, The Imperial Family, Patriarch Tichon, Metropolitan Joseph of Petrograd, and the beginnings of it all, his curse is upon those who, contrary to his dieing wish, now wish to consort with those lifetime KGB agents…..and turn their backs upon the Catacomb Church, the "episcopate of the suffering Russian Church, " for whom we have prayed all these years. " The present episcopate headed by Metropolitan Lavr, has turned its back long since on the Church of Met. Anastassy, on Met.Vitaly, on Met. Philaret, and Bishop Gregory, whom they hate, if the truth be known, on Vladika Averky, and Seraphim, and bitterly , bitterly, on four generations of saints, confessors, and martyrs, numbering in the millions. We are the ones who obey THOSE bishops; THEY are the ones who have been disobedient for years, secretly, and now openly. How have they treated the Primate? They stopped his stipend. They stole thousands of dollars of his personal funds! They took away his telephone! They refused him access to the Synod’s Official Website. As soon as they could, they threw his secretary out into the street in the clothes in which she stood, without a moment’s notice. They kidnapped the Metropolitan at the altar and took him to a psychiatric hospital, (which released him with a clean bill of health!) and then they tried again, physically pick him up and stuffing him into a limousine , on orders from Met. Lavr, and were only prevented by the Canadian police. What kind of church leaders are these who resort to the same tactics , exactly, as the KGB.

If it looks like a duck, and it sounds like a duck, and it acts like a duck….it’s a duck.
