ABC News Solutions While in New York, Jim directed a series of over a dozen promotional commercials for the ABC Television Network. The nightly Solutions segment on World News Tonight highlights problems that everyday Americans face, and through this segment ABC is providing solutions to Americans problems. Together with ABCs advertising agency, Charron, Schwartz & Partners in New York, Jim cast 20 real people with real problems from all over the country. To facilitate production logistics, all of our non-actors were flown to New York where they were shot over a three-day period. Casting and production were coordinated by OBrien Partners in New York.

Prime Health A Lot of Paper Jim Dollarhide utilized swing and tilt lenses throughout this three spot campaign to both grab the viewers attention and hold it throughout the spot. The focus on unusual perspectives resulted in a strikingly unique black & white campaign. The project was an excellent opportunity for collaboration between the director and Broderick/Bates Advertising agency creatives and provided the client the perfect tool to make their message be remembered.

North Central Mississippi Regional Cancer Center Philip Kimbrough The objective of this spot was to capture a true to life story of one family's courageous struggle with cancer. Jim brought his unique "real people" skills to the project. He utlizied strong environmental details to capture this highly emotional story and retell it successfully in sixty seconds. The spot also features cinematography with swing and tilt lenses.
