- The Making of King Kong. The late George Turner, author of "The Making of King Kong", was one of the worlds formost authorities on King Kong. Before his death, he was prepairing for a new edition of his book which was cut short by his illness. Now his son, Doug Turner, offers a great CD-ROM of the material his father collected for the new edition, as well as rare photographs you can purchase.

Help Save the Gorilla
Although King Kong was a creature of fantasy and art, he was inspired by beautiful and noble creatures
that today are sadly among the most endangered animals on earth. Fewer than 650 mountain gorillas and 40,000 lowland gorillas are left in the world. Here are a few sites dedicated to the
preservation of the gorilla in the wild. I encourage you to visit these sites and challenge every fan of the
film King Kong to support at least one of them.
