I went to the Bob Bennett concert on Sat. It was very,very good. He did
mostly older stuff. From First things First, Matters of the Heart, The
place where I am bound, etc. All with good humor and stories. I showed him
the notes from my album and he really got a kick out of that! He said that
there are only about 6 sets of typed notes out floating around. I told him
I wanted to authenticate them for the next sotherby auction! He talked
about how EMI has the rights to his older albums and "they are just sitting
on them". He was frustrated because he would like to reissue them on CD. He
played about an hour, took a 15 break and played for another hour. He said
that he has some
sealed albums of his that he might try to sell on EBAY so keep an eye out.
He even said he'd autograph them!
